Two disclaimers: 1) According to eye witnesses, press publications, court documents and Banerjee’s own video interview Bruce Nahin was not the co-founder and/or partner of Chippendales. There were no co-founders. There were no partners. Steve Banerjee founded and owned Chippendales through a California corporation – Easebe Enterprises. Bruce Nahin was only Banerjee’s attorney and neighbor. Nahin is no longer an attorney because Nahin was forced to resign from the BAR for felony embezzlement in 2004 according to the L.A. Times. 2) Candace Mayeron did not work for Steve Banerjee directly and was only an associate producer along with Bonnie Hollis who ran the west coast show for Nick De Noia.
